Great morning! Very fun and informative - it was great to buy the ingredients at the market, talk through all the herbs and spices and then use them to make our own delicious meals in the beautiful clean kitchen. Highly recommend! We booked as a couple and had the class to ourselves!

We got to eat our food right after we made it. I even brought home left overs because it was so much food! If you do not like something in the menu they will switch it for something else. I had a spare day between a business trip and my family arriving in Bangkok for a holiday in Thailand. I’m a very keen cook and doing a course like this was something I’d always fancied. Bizarre as it sounds I wasn’t sure what to expect given that the 4 hour experience was less than £30. Would this be opening a packet of prawn crackers and cooking up a pot noodle. Well it was great. The market tour gets you into the zone and provides “context” but if you know your ingredients already you’re not really learning much. The teaching kitchen is well laid out and the ingredients beautifully presented. We made 4 dishes - Tom Yum Soup, Pad Thai Green Curry and Coconut Mango Sticky Rice. These are all dishes which you see on every Thai menu all over the world. Very much comfort food for me. Simple in some respects but there is a lot of technique to them - few ingredients but cooked in specific order. You think you know them, but you don’t. Great fun and nice people in the course - I was one of only 2 non-Asians out of the 8 people and it’s interesting to see and hear how varied Asian food is - in the UK Chinese and Thai food can get merged into a mismatched menagerie of takeaway. Got to eat what we cooked and there was plenty of it. Great morning. We came with a group of four people. We all enjoy the food! Her instructions were very clear!
