Fancyyellow never showed up to pick me up at the Marriott Hotel (7 October), despite written confirmation and prepayment. I called and someone answered the phone at Fancyyellow. He said he was unaware of my booking. (REALLY???) He told me that he'd call me back. I never heard anything. I called eight times between 9:10 am and 10:00 am, and they never answered. Sooooo disappointed in Fancyyellow. The hotel referred to them as a "possible scam."Driving around the vicinity of Algiers City with Omar was a great experience. My experience with Fancyellow travel services was absolutely incredible. The team truly went above and beyond to make my experience smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free, particularly by supporting me in obtaining a visa and navigating my way around upon arriving in Algeria (even before the official start of the tour). The staff also responded rapidly to all my questions and requests, including adding an additional stop to the itinerary. The sights I saw in Tipaza were so beautiful and fascinating and the local guides gave me all the information I needed to appreciate them, including the history and archeological theories. I thank Fancyellow for this unforgettable experience and recommend it to all other travels visiting Algeria!
