Firstly you told us that we would be picked up from the airport in Maui after our flight from Oahu , we were not ! You sent an email and text saying we needed to book an Uber to get to a Safeway car park to pick up the tour ? We paid to be picked up from the airport , we had to pay $52 dollars to...
Firstly you told us that we would be picked up from the airport in Maui after our flight from Oahu , we were not ! You sent an email and text saying we needed to book an Uber to get to a Safeway car park to pick up the tour ? We paid to be picked up from the airport , we had to pay $52 dollars to get from the airport and back to catch our flight ! The tour was awful , the guide Kaipo was unfriendly , uninterested and lazy ! He gave us no information about the Island , The Waterfall destination was inaccessible at the top level , you had to climb over a iron rail , the guide again just pointed to where we were suppose to go, didn’t accompany us to any of the places visited. He stopped for half an hour getting pizza for himself ( wasting our time) unofficial stop for us which we didn’t want ! It was a complete waste of money , I paid over $900.00 and I’m looking for a refund from you. Aloha Sunshine Tours are a complete waste of time , they should get reliable friendly tour guides who interact with their paying customers. Just to note at the first part of the journey he was shouting out of the window at people , swearing actually, it wasn’t a pleasant experience at all !
