When we started the tour we went with Rodolfo and he knew everything there was to know about every thing. The Bribri family we visit was very warm and welcoming. The Cacao experience is one I highly recommend! 20/10✨This tour was the best thing we did on our whole trip. We booked a Chocolate Tour in an Bri Bri village with Life Culture & Travel and we loved it!!! We highly recommend booking with Life Culture & Travel because they support the indegenous Bri Bri families, create jobs and unlike some commercial agencies, the money you pay really reach the Bri Bri families. Our guide Tirza is Bri Bri and was so knowledgeable about the culture, the fruits, the medical plants and the traditions. You can see that she loves her job and is really passionate. We spend 4 hours at a Bri Bri family, learned everything about cacao and all the plants and fruits the have in their garden. We even helped in making traditional chocolate paste and eat it (with sweet Banana) and drink hot Chocolate (mixed with hot water). It was such a special tour and we loved it!!! Thank you Tirza :-)
