I love soups of all kind, and the opportunity to learn how to make the Bolivian soup sopa de maní was a real treat! We also made the best salsa I've ever had as well as the Bolivian drink mocochinchi, a concoction of sugars, spices and dried peaches. All delicious! The best part of this experience was listening to Moises share his knowledge about ethnic foods, especially the many types of potatoes, as well as other vegetables and how they are grown and then prepared. There are many other choices to learn to cook at his business. I would recommend this to anybody who has an interest in cooking and in Bolivian culture.Cannot stress enough how glad I am to have done a cooking class with Moisés. He is an excellent chef and very professional and also extremely humorous and fun! I learned a great deal during this highly enjoyable evening.
