Due to our limited time in the Galápagos archipelago, I arranged and booked all transfers and activities via Viator in advance. Two days before our journey to Ecuador and Galápagos the situation in Ecuador escalated and we had to change everything. The communications with and the assistance by Jefferson of BM Tours was PERFECT! All changes were managed to our highest satisfaction! This transfer was a very enjoyable ride between the Galápagos Islands. Thousand thanks!
As it says on the tin!
Picked up
taken to a speed boat and dropped in Isabela port
You won't get picked up from your hotel like the booking says but if you can get to the port yourself then it is fine

If you like to get to the destination, this is not your choice. I’d like to share a picture of the experience but we didn’t snap any photos of us running all over to find another ferry. We booked this trip one evening and received confirmation + tickets. The next morning we booked our hotel. A few hours later (nearly 24 hours at this point) we received a cancellation notice. We were lucky to snag the last 4 tickets to Isabella from SC and not lose our non-refundable deposit at the hotel. That’s because one of the tour sales operators went above an beyond for us. They worked their tails off and got us out on time. If your booking, try them at WhatsApp 096920565. It’s the shop right across the street from the malecon and the docks- on the left hand side. I doubt you’ll regret the decision as they seem to be very prideful operators, whereas Viator… not so much. Also, why let them take a cut when you can fully benefit the locals buying direct.we booked the ferry from santa cruz to isabela to save our seats. unfortunately we booked up to the double amount than other passengers did.
