We bought a family ticket that went to waste. Firstly, we queued for 15 mins then couldn’t board as the boat was full. Waited another 15 mins. Couldn’t really see out of the windows either as they were dirty. These boats are ok if you have time to queue and wait but otherwise, they are unreliable and I wouldn’t use them again. Get on the tube instead. You’ll get around a lot quicker. My daughter left her phone on the boat on 17-04-22(Easter). She realized it after we got off. By the time we got back, the boat was gone. My daughter left her phone on the boat on 17-04-22(Easter). She realized it after we got off. By the time we got back, the boat was gone. The attendant said they log all items and use a system to return item left, and not to come looking for it because they cannot give it back to us once it is turned in. We tracked it to its final destination 49 Trinity Buoy Wharf. I have completed the Missing X system and sent and email, NO REPLY. I have also send 2 queries to The Clippers system, other than the email saying they have a small but dedicated staff that will get back to me is due course (it’s been 12 days since my first email), NO REPLY! My daughter asks everyday, am I ever getting my phone back. My reply, I guess if we fly back to London, maybe. Guess I shouldn’t have listen to the attendance. So disappointed!Very busy bank holiday Monday. These boats are always fun to ride especially when they go fast up towards Greenwich. Boats were clean and tidy. Staff were considerate but busy. Very busy bank holiday Monday. These boats are always fun to ride especially when they go fast up towards Greenwich. Boats were clean and tidy. Staff were considerate but busy. Refreshments were plentiful as usual. We had a river roamer and hopped on and off all day, just brilliant. I am of limited walking ability having just had a total hip replacement, be aware that these boats are quick to accelerate/decelerate and I had to be careful moving about the boat. We had a great time using these boats to travel around London today.
