Great way to see the sights of London. We went all the way from Battersea to Greenwich. Smooth ride in the Port of London and then a speedy smooth ride once you have gone under Tower Bridge. We just used contactless for the ride which was very easy but found staff at the piers very helpful. There are a few outside seats and lots indoors. There is also a bar but this can be slow for hot drinks so only use if you have a long journey.Excellent way to travel from Westminster to the Tower of London - avoid the traffic and tube, and a bonus to view London from the river. Staff were efficient and friendly. We’ll definitely use again.

I recently travelled by Uber Boats on the Aurora from Greenwich back to the Embankment a very pleasant experience marred only by the fact of leaving my wallet on board. I contacted a Uber employee at Embankment and from then on everyone I met or spoke to was more pleasant and helpful than each other. My wallet was returned by courier, completely intact including £90.00 in cash. Thanks to all involved including Lara and incidentally, the journey was pretty good too.Clean the windows!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When you don’t have an open boat, you know everyone will be relying on the windows to soak in the views. The windows all over the boat were very shabby and it was a waste of time and money.

Nice way to end our city break. Information on the service isn’t great. I think because the service is designed for regular commuters but is used by tourists who aren’t sure how to pay or which direction the boat is going in.Dreadful experience, although the boat arrived on time only a handful of people could get on. Then we had to wait for another 30 minutes to get on the next boat! This "how many people get off that many can get on" is stupid, we were waiting at the London Eye pier, but on the other side at Westmin...
Dreadful experience, although the boat arrived on time only a handful of people could get on. Then we had to wait for another 30 minutes to get on the next boat! This "how many people get off that many can get on" is stupid, we were waiting at the London Eye pier, but on the other side at Westminster everyone was getting on. We were also told the wait for the next boat was 10 minutes, it wasn't it was 30!! No apologies or communication from staff, we had to ask what was happening as the boat just sailed away and the lady closed the "cordon". Save your money and get the tube, or cross the bridge to Westminster and you'll have a better chance of getting on, apparently more boats stop at that pier as well.
