This tour is a must! The overall experience is breathtaking! Our guides Michelle and Steph was so lovely and extremely informative. They told the stories of each area in such an interesting way and were able to answer any questions. The time flew as we took in every detail and were encompassed by the cultural significances. The breakfast provided was ample and easy to eat and digest for a long walk. The stop for tea and biscuits was a nice way to stop and process and prepare for the final path to the bus.To be able to get up close to the rock was awesome. Our guide Michelle was very knowledgeable on the dream time stories and cultural awareness . We throughly enjoyed the walk and would definitely recommend it

She is well spoken, a great story teller and very knowledgeable, bringing many of the Tjukurpa to life for us.. She was the best guide we had. The whole experience was a wonderful way for us to kick start our trip, giving us a lot more context to everything else we saw. It really helped us gain an understanding of the Anangu's culture. Cute breakfast snacks followed by a walk around Uluru. The guides were extremely knowledgeable and their knowledge of the local Indigenous culture was extensive. The walk included local flora information and allowed you to get close to the rock whilst also observing this from afar. The walk states it is 10km however, when tracked on our watch it was more like 14km. An easy walk and the break at the mid point for breakfast, tea and coffee was a good chance to rest. The flys were annoying and should have just got a fly net. Stephanie was our guide and she was incredible, witty, kind and knowledgeable. We also had Damien who was learning the ropes and did a great job. I especially loved the photos of all the local animals described in the stories he spoke about on the bus on the way back. Rob our driver was polite and got the job done. Stephanie you killed it! Best guide we have had on our trip! The information alone made it worth the guided experience. Thanks everyone.Lifetime experience watching Uluru so closely, beautiful landscapes on the way for almost 11 kms, friendly and efficient staff who made the whole experience smooth and interesting.
