Would recommend to any foodie visiting Valencia!Overall very nice experience. Our guide, Kate, was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the history of the area. The wines and Tapas were all delicious. One of the best parts of the afternoon were the people that were participating in the experience with us.

Emma's walking tour was absolutely wonderful--I'd taken a walking tour that went to some of the same locations earlier in the week, but Emma had new stories I hadn't heard before, which was wonderful. She was a fantastic guide, good at keeping us all engaged and laughing, and more than willing to take questions and odd queries from various folks (including us) in the party. The tapas dinner was absolutely wonderful, every course a delight--and I really appreciated that Sea Saffron was more than happy to work around my husband not eating meat and my not drinking. And above all, I have to say how wonderful it was that Emma prepared a little surprise for my husband when she found out it was his birthday--which he mentioned when we sat down for our first course of tapas It just made him smile to have his final truffles and sweet wine on their own plate with candles, and everyone singing "happy birthday" to him. So thank you to Emma, again, for making his birthday even better! We definitely recommend Sea Saffron's tours to anyone coming to Valencia!Really lovely tour of the Old City. Really lovely tour of the Old City. We took the tour in English with Dani and he was knowledgeable and pleasant. A much more intimate experience, like walking through the city with a friend, not a tour guide with a backpack speaker and flag. The walking tour itself was a little over an hour, which includes going inside the beautiful San Nicolas church. The bulk of the time for the tour was the tapas and wine. Food and drink were excellent and the company was great! Will recommend Sea Saffron tours to everyone!Really fun tour with all the history and then a tapas and wine were amazing! One of the best values in a tour I have ever seen.

Matías gives you about an hour of condensed history based upon sites in the historical centre but explains that much of what you see is in fact reconstructed due to our propensity for war and destruction. The wine and tapas were excellent and served in a beautiful place. Value for money this is hard to beat.
