Not only did we learn how to make authentic paella, we also enjoyed homemade Sangria, tapas and more. Such a fund day!The whole experience was fantastic. Our chef was Ana and she was great at making sure the kids got really involved. She had a lovely sense of humour and was very welcoming, as were all the staff. The sangria and tapas on arrival from the market were excellent. We made the best paella by far 😉
