When I booked this ticket we were not advised that the buses would only be running until 2.45 pm due to the Vienna Marathon taking place. We only had 2 to 3 hours worth of sightseeing. Whilst it was enjoyable it was certainly not value for money. If we had known the buses were not running properly we would have used alternative transport. We use the sightseeing buses every time we do a city break and have to say this was the worst experienceThis was a absolute scam. The buses are not running so you have to use public transportation, in addition you don’t get a city tour. Public transportation is safe, easy and convenient and it drops you off within walking distance of all the major sites.

It's convient and worth the money because you get a lot for your money once you spend a good amount of time in the city I don't think it would be good to do a 1 day package. I did a 2 day tour and hop on hop off bus tour included which is great because you can look it up and decided in advance what attractions you need to see over others. I'm glad I did the package because the staff at the office are friendly and professional and I would have spent more money doing it on my own with cash to each attraction.
