What to expect
Upon your arrival at Cairo International airport, our welcoming Twitter Egypt Travel representative will be awaiting you, usually in the area before passport control at the meeting point for the tourism representatives (with a sign showing guests’ names+ Company name & logo). He will provide you with full assistance and make sure to facilitate finishing everything very smoothly; such as all due procedures, immigration, customs, getting visa, porter assistance and luggage collection. Twitter Egypt Travel Representative will accompany you in your transfer by a private car from the airport to your hotel in Cairo or Giza. He will be glad to help you finishing hotel check in procedures if needed. We also offer additional experiences in Cairo.

Having never been to Egypt, my wife and I arranged for this service to expedite our arrival, processing through Customs and Immigration, and secure a safe, reliable ride to our hotel. We were scheduled to arrive in Cairo at 8 pm. The day before our arrival, the airline notified us of “operational difficulties” and scheduled our Cairo arrival time at 3 am the following day. We contacted the transportation company using their direct phone number. Issac told us he would adjust our arrival time and be at the airport to take care of us. When we landed, we followed the signs and instructions for arriving international passengers. Near the entry to passport processing was Issac, holding a sign with our name printed upon it. After interdictions, he took our passports and visa, then led us around the lines of arriving passengers to the desk of an immigration official. Issac had a brief conversation with the man, our documents were stamped, and we were directed to baggage claim. After recovering our bags, Issac placed them on a cart and led us to customs, and, after a short conversation with the man, we were directed to the exit of the building. Issac placed the bags in his car and we drove to downtown Cairo. As he drove, he gave us a guided tour, explaining the buildings, monuments, and history of the city. He arrived at our hotel, got us through a brief security check and parked at the front of the building. The service Issac and his company provided to us was outstanding - amazing! He didn’t hesitate to accommodate us with the flight delay. There were no sur-charges or increased costs for our early morning arrival. He met us as promised, got us through the airport rapidly, without delay, and drove us to our hotel. Issac was warm, friendly, professional, informative, and very knowledgeable. Issac will always be our first choice for transportation services when we return to Cairo. We will recommend him to friends and family traveling to Egypt. Issac, Thank you so much.Mike_U

Wow! The meet and assist was more than we expected. Our guide had our names on a sign as we came down the escalator. He made sure he expedited our VISA ($25 cash each) processed in the airport and got us through security. He also helped us with our luggage in getting it to the car. Then we were driven to our hotel by our driver. The entire process couldn’t have been better.
