I was waiting for 15 minutes after my pickup time. Decided to call them and they ‘hadn’t seen my booking’ so instead of apologising and offering a different day they just gave me a refund.

More appropriately, think of this product as a chauffeur service to the zoo. Save you time vs. taking a public transport if u don't intend to stay in the zoo area for a whole day.

Nearly all the animals were hiding in their pens or locked away for the winter. Never saw any Brown bears , polar bears , wolves etc. etc. Also building work going on all around. Also the paths were very icy and treacheraous. Total Rip off. Maybe better...

Transport was on a private big taxi which is quite smelly due to the exhaust. Overall good, but dont go as Viator as we have another bad experience with them as they gave regrettable service
