George was terrific! He gave us lots of information about the island and it’s history. The rest of our stay on the island we kept telling our friends ( who were unable to go on the excursion) about different things we had learned from George. We enjoyed all stops- the hermit’s cave, the olive oil place, the winery and of course the wonderful lunch with scenic views. One of the members of our group said it was the best tour they have been on!Fantastic day out we saw parts of Crete that were so magical I felt we were driving upwards towards the heavens. We recently had the good fortune to explore Chania, and the beautiful island of Crete with Nasos, who also owns and founded the company. He curated an experience for us which included breathtaking views of the mountains, beaches and city. Sharing his knowledge and experience, we learned local history, cultural traditions, and were able to sample many Cretan specialties, including olives, honey, tea, Greek pastries, beer and of course, wine! He literally thought of every detail to make our experience stress free and authentic. If you are traveling to Chania, and desire a more intimate option, Nasos will work with you to meet your needs and is very mindful of your traveling timeline. We left planning our return to Crete, as he cultivated a desire for us to see more of this amazing place! Yamas! We had such an amazing time on the tour with so many interesting stops including great views, lovely wine and olive oil tastings, beautiful mountain scenery and a delicious lunch and Our guide was really wonderful!
