- Alcoholic Beverages - 9 wines including 2 sparkling with a Champagne, two white wines, three reds wines, one sweet wine and one "Vin Jaune"
- Dinner - 6 different cheeses including goat, cow and sheep. Charcuterie including terrine, sausage and truffle butter as well as organic bread. Dessert.

What to expect
The goal of this wine tasting is for you to discover and understand the French vineyard in the company of a French wine expert.
The approach of the French vineyard, the vinification as well as the food and wine pairing will be explained throughout this moment. The wine expert will stay by your side throughout the tasting to answer your questions and share his knowledge about wine.
During more than two hours, you will taste 9 different wines (the great majority of the wines come from regions close to Lyon such as the Beaujolais, the Rhone Valley, Jura and the Savoie)
All wines will be paired with raw-milk cheeses, carefully matched to paired these two products. The red wines will be served with local charcuterie.
The tasting includes several tasting steps between the different pairings that correspond to a lunch/dinner, no need to book a restaurant following the tasting.

Sample Menu
• Sparkling wines and Chaource cheese - Champagne and local sparkling paired with triple cream cheese (Brillat-Savarin)
• White wines and declination of goat's cheese - Two whites wines (Sancerre, Saint-Joseph, evolved vintage...) paired with a goat cheeses
• Red wines around Lyon - At least 3 reads with one over 20 years old paired with charcuteries, truffle butter
• French oxidative wine and Comté of different maturation - Oxidative wine paired with Comté
• French late harvest or noble rot paired with blue cheeses - Sweet wine paired with blue cheeses
