Tour guide Richard done a fantastic job, gave a very detailed account of that terrible day. His then and now photos were very helpful in helping you visualise the landscape pre attack. He takes you to angles and places that you would never find on your own and also told us some facts about who now owns buildings and landmarks. Great experience ,well done Richard. Totally recommend. RIP to all who died on 9/11.Richard was very knowledgeable about the 911 tragedy. He took us through the timeline that followed a group of firefighters through their experience. He showed us pictures where we were standing and what happened in the exact spot. He also was excellent with the kids.
