There are 2 UNESCO world heritage sites in Chongqing, Wulong Karst National Park and Dazu Ancient Rock Carvings, but no tour campany would do them both because they need travellers spend much time in souvenir shops. We now combine the 2 major highlights as a "All-in one World Heritage Package Private Tour", our travellers are now able to learn both of them within just 2 days. What to expect
Itinerary
Day 1: Chongqing-Wulong (200km/3 hours driving)
Stop At: Chongqing, Chongqing
We pick up our travelers at their hotel then get started from downtown Chongqing.
That will be a 3 hours driving, we'll take a simple quick lunch in a highway rest area for better timimg.
We'll pull over in highway rest area couple of times for rests and lunch till we get to our destination-Dongchuan, an incredible land covered with vast red soil.
Duration: 3 hours
Stop At: Wulong Tiankeng Three Bridges, Junction of Baiguo Town and Hetao Town, Wulong County 408500 China
Then move to Tiankeng(A giant sinkhole, also named the natural triple bridge), the primary sector of Wulong Karst Geological National Park. It's actually a grand valley throughs 3 ridges with naturaly formed sink holes, look just like 3 huge bridges. It's also the only site listed on World Heritage List by UNESCO.
We firstly will take an 80 meters high cliff side viewing elevator to get down to the bottom Then we take a hiking tour through the giant sinkhole links all scenic spots including movie scenes of Transformer IV. The highlight is unique and magnificent natural landscape.
The hiking takes approximately 2 hours, moderate intensity.

Stop At: Dazu County, Dazu County
After we finished the excursion we take another shuttle bus ride get back to turist center, take our own car and move on to next site-Dazu county. This will be a 4 hours driving, 300km.
Upon arrival in Dazu we'll take a local dinner with lovely country food. Then check in our hotel in Dazu. For better timing we do not recommend travellers choose to stay over nigh in Wulong.
We recommend Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Chongqing Dazu.

Day 2: Dazu Ancient Rock Carvings-Downtown Chongqing
Stop At: The Dazu Rock Carvings, In DaZu Zone, Dazu County 402360 China
We get started at 0900am, today's detination will be Baoding Ancient Rock Carvings, the largest ancient carving site in Dazu, also the best part of it.
The history of Baoding carvings dates back 900 years ago, it's the largest and best preserved ancient stone sculptures and the most well-known Buddhism holy site in southern China. In 1999, Baoding Carvings was inscribed on the World Heritage List by UNESCO.
Those statues were engraved on cliff side to facilitate displaying and being worshiped. It iconically and aesthetically pretty much represents the outstanding ancient Chinese artistic and sculpture craftsmanship achievements.
We'll do an immersive learning tour inside with our private guiding service.
The excursion takes 2 hours inside. All travellers need to transfer to the interal shuttle bus and golf car which is mandatory in order to “cultural relics preservation” purpose.
Admission for Baoding goes to 130yuan per adult.

It's now time for lunch, we would like to recommend local style fresh water fish pot if you could handle spicy flavor and fish bones. Other non spicy food options will also be offered.
There's an option for the afternoon, our travellers might also pick up Beishan Carvings if you want to see more of them. If so we recommend our travellers to purchase a combined ticket covering both Baoding and Beishan in the first place. Our transportation and guiding service will be free for this option.

Stop At: Jiefangbei Square, Junction of Mingzu Road, Mingquan Road and Zourong Road, Yuzhong District, Chongqing 400000 China
Then we drive all the way back to downtown Chongqing, we'll deliver our travellers to their hotels or any specified location in downtown. This ride will be 90 minutes, 100km.
