Zip lines are fun, busy place but not too long to wait in lines. Staff are friendly and funny both in English or spanish

Food could if been better but it's not a big deal while you are in the activities. There is a lot of walking in the park to get from activity to activity, so be prepared. The zip lines, ATVs, and river walk were some of the best activities. The buffet is also really good with lots of options to choose from. You can eat whenever you want since it’s included with your ticket. I’d recommend bringing water shoes so you’re more comfortable, but I also saw a few people walking around barefoot or with tennis shoes. Just know whatever shoes you’re wearing will get wet! When we arrived at the park, it was chaos. When we arrived at the park, it was chaos. We bought the picture package and while we were getting fitted for helmets and provided instructions, the picture package employee took my credit card out of my hand as I was headed to put it in the credit card machine and said he would run it for me. I protested but he continued to walk away fast. He came back with it 15 minutes later. That night around midnight, a $1500 iPhone was ordered with my card and a $600 ATT phone bill was paid. Luckily I received the notifications and stopped the charges. We use cash when we travel for this very reason but made an exception and used our credit card this ONE time while in Mexico. It’s a shame because the park was wonderful but this ruined our experience and we won’t take another Xcaret tour again. We had an amazing time at Xplor! We had an amazing time at Xplor! After visiting Xcaret and Xoximilco during previous visits to the area, we knew for certain that Xplor would exceed our expectations. First of all, like other Grupo Xcaret parks, Xplor is incredibly well organized. The staff members online, on the phone, and in-person are all very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. I experienced a minor issue with my photos and the customer service I received was top-notch and the issue was quickly resolved. As other reviewers have mentioned, safety is a top priority and I always felt that the staff members paid the necessary attention to safety protocols. Have no fears for yourself or your children! All the facilities are clean and well maintained. We did the underground expedition, both zip line circuits, amphibious vehicles, hammock splash, and stalactite river. The only thing we missed out on was the rafts. The zip lines at Xplor are really incredible. The views are beautiful and the thrills are exhilarating. Be advised that you will need to climb stairs and inclines. There may be some waits, depending on what time of the day that you go, but there are lots of shady areas, so you won’t be baking in the sun. And when you’re high up, there’s a lovely breeze. The buffet is delicious and has plenty of options for folks with dietary restrictions. We are vegetarians and piled our plates high with a range of delectable, hearty, and healthy items. The servers are very nice. The birds are beautiful. Also be sure to visit the beverage and cookie bar for a quick pick-me-up. The variety of juices and smoothies is impressive. The best thing was that they weren’t overly sweet. The oatmeal cookies were crunchy and yummy! Do make sure to purchase the photos. You’ll be glad that you did because you’ll be able to live in the moment and won’t have to mess around with waterproof cases for phones. The photos really are worth the money and you’ll laugh at that memories they provide. We can’t wait to return to Xplor. We’ll go at night next time!
