I had a great time on this tour with Mana, it was really interesting to see an area of Tokyo that I probably wouldn't have found on my own. I've been to Tokyo four or five times now and I had never even heard of Nezu Shrine, which has a miniature version of the famous tunnel of torii gates at Fushimi Inari shrine in Kyoto. Mana also showed me some cool shops and interesting street food along Yanaka Ginza. Would highly recommend this tour! Both Tommy and Mana were excellent guides and new the details of the Shrines and area they walked me through. Both Tommy and Mana were excellent guides and new the details of the Shrines and area they walked me through. They answer all my questions and I felt we went through the tour at and easy pace since I'm 64 years I did not feel rush at all and their English speaking skill were both excellent which made me feel at ease. Mana also wlaked to the Train Station at the end of the tour to make sure I was able to catch the correct train back to my Hotel. I would recommend this tour to anyone but be sure to wear a good pair of shoes on the tour as well.Tommy did a great job leading this walking tour through Yanaka. The walk around Tokyo’s old town was really fascinating. Our guide, ms Hina was very friendly and cheerful, and shared with us many interesting facts about the places we visited. I particularly enjoyed the walk from Nezu Shrine to Yanaka district, passing through the Snake street where we saw quaint shops and charming old houses. The workshop making a lucky cat figurine while enjoying a glass of iced cold coffee was a nice break during the walk. I would really recommend getting this tour.
