This experience gives travelers the opportunity to taste a some of Zambia's local delicacy's. Furthermore it allows them to have an inside look at how some of these dishes are prepared and also what ingredients are needed to prepare them.

What to expect
The travelers will be part of an interactive cooking class, where they learn how to prepare traditional Zambian food and have it for Lunch. From the staple maize-meal porridge (nshima) to vegetables such as chibwabwa (pumpkin leaves) and Kalembla (sweet potato leaves), just to mention a few.

The cooking was great, we cooked nshima and two side dishes (okra and ifisashi). Clare also bought other local dishes, so I could try even more food:) It was a nice afternoon spent with Clare and her friend.
