Elisa was a wonderful instructor mixing cooking skills with historical information of the paella, gazpacho and sangria. Hands on experience allowed us to improve our skills in the kitchen.

You learn a lot and you get to eat what you cook with your partner. We communicated with the group and had lots of side conversations! She also provided a detailed recipe book of everything we created.

We had so much fun chatting and learning how to cook a delicious meal. Angel brought our group to the market to shop for ingredients and gave us tips on how to choose the freshest fish. His directions were so easy to follow, and in no time we were done and enjoying a delicious meal, sangria, and conversation with new friends. I'm looking forward to making this meal again at home.Spectacular experience! Four hours passes quickly, started with Sangria then the Gaspacho and lastly the paella. Went to the market to buy the ingredients. Kitchen was spotless and company was great.
